Financial Management, Advisory, and Operational Support Services

The government authority located in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking to establish relationships with one or more firms to provide financial management, advisory, and operational support services on an as-needed basis. The agency needs these services to supplement its internal capacity, provide specialized expertise, and support both ongoing operations and strategic initiatives. This arrangement will allow the selected firms to act as an extension of the agency's office, delivering a wide range of financial services. The scope of work covers financial leadership and advisory support, including strategic financial analysis, budget development, monitoring, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning. The selected partners will also support accounting and financial operations, such as general accounting, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and technical accounting guidance under governmental standards like the Governmental Accounting Standards Board. Additionally, the work includes audit, risk, and compliance support, payroll administration, and financial systems optimization, including Enterprise Resource Planning implementation and process automation. Bidders must be onshore United States organizations to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted onsite at the Boston location.
