The agency is seeking a vendor to provide confidential, twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week, year-round phone and web-based fraud, waste, and abuse reporting hotline services. The agency needs to solve the problem of systematically capturing allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse from employees, grant recipients, and the general public. To address this, the agency requires superior telephone and internet report intake technology alongside qualified staff to receive named and anonymous callers through a dedicated toll-free number. The scope of work covers providing a web-based reporting tool that allows individuals to submit reports anonymously online. The telephonic and online intake systems must utilize identical critical questions to capture reported issues systematically. The selected vendor must also conduct customized interviews based on specific scripting requirements, disseminate regular email reports to designated agency recipients, and escalate notifications to appropriate personnel according to instructions. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
