The contractor must ensure all investigators are qualified, trained on vendor compliance policies, and provided with assistance in documenting all information. The contractor is also responsible for establishing compliance investigation schedules and ensuring that investigators appear at fair hearings when required. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite depending on the investigation requirements. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will span five years.
