Fire Alarm System Replacement Service

The City of Saginaw, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide a complete, new, fully addressable fire alarm system for its Police Department building. This project requires the complete replacement of the existing fire alarm system to ensure a fully operational fire alarm and signaling system. The selected vendor must handle all design responsibilities, shop drawings, submittals, system monitoring, and the indoor gun range fire suppression system. The scope of work covers all labor, materials, equipment, devices, wiring, programming, permits, testing, documentation, training, and commissioning. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The contract period will span three years, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting for June 16, 2026. Bidders must participate in this meeting to remain eligible for the contract award.
