Travel Management Service

The government authority located in Windsor, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive travel management services for agency athletic teams, student organizations, staff, and authorized groups. The agency needs a support structure capable of handling both routine administrative bookings and complex, high-volume group and athletic travel, including after-hours emergencies. To prevent booking delays and price increases, the selected provider must maintain reliable, prompt response times for all travel requests. The scope of work requires the capability and network to secure ground transportation, including commercial charter buses, to support events such as agency field trips and athletic needs. The agency also requires the utilization of a standardized system to capture and securely store traveler data. Performance of the contracted work will take place onsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services.
