The Tennessee Army National Guard in Nashville, Tennessee, requires lodging services for its members during regular two-day drills and multi-day Super Drills. The agency needs clean, smoke-free single and double occupancy hotel rooms to accommodate personnel for varying lengths of stay depending on their authorization. The lodging facility must feature guest room entry doors that open into an interior hallway, with each door equipped with a primary lock and a secondary deadbolt lock. The scope of work requires the facility to maintain fully functioning, user-owned video surveillance providing total coverage of the main desk and all entryways and doors. The provider must also supply a fully and well-lit parking lot for the safety of the guests. The agency is establishing a contract period of performance that will run for one year. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity, and all contracted services must be performed onsite at the lodging facility.
