Event Rental Equipment and Support Services

The Centennial Campus and broader university community in Raleigh, North Carolina require comprehensive event rental equipment and support services for various campus events. The university is seeking a contractor to deliver, install, maintain, and remove a wide range of rental items to support these gatherings. The required inventory includes tents and structures, staging and flooring, seating and furniture, power and lighting, and barricades for crowd control. The scope of work covers the provision of frame tents, pole tents, clearspan structures, portable staging, risers, dance floors, folding chairs, bleachers, tables, and linens. The selected provider must also supply generators, distribution panels, cabling, site lighting, fencing, and stanchions. All physical work and service performance must take place onsite at the university campus. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The university is establishing a contract period of one year for these services. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions no later than June 18, 2026, and the university will accept proposal responses digitally via email or through their online portal.
