Cloud-Based Pope Tech Assessment Tool

The Massachusetts government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Pope Tech assessment tool. This tool must store, use, access, or obtain potential access to sensitive data. The agency requires the solution to include the capability for viewing maps and related information as part of an Internet browser-based client application or in mobile mapping applications. MassGIS has developed and will host the web mapping services that integrate with this system. The scope of work involves scanning an estimated 100,000 pages and 100,000 documents using the tool. The agency expects roughly 50 users to access the system. The contract period will run for one year, and the performance of the work must take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for budget proposals and has set the deadline for all questions no later than June 12, 2026.
