Commercial Reprographics Service

The government authority located in Cincinnati, Ohio requires a vendor to provide comprehensive commercial reprographics services. The agency needs to solve its ongoing document preparation, finishing, and large-format printing requirements. The scope of work covers binding, labeling, packaging, laminating, dry mounting on foam core, stapling, reducing, and enlarging. The selected vendor must perform raster scans up to eleven by seventeen inches and up to thirty-six by forty-eight inches. The project also covers oversized color copies, folding, screw post binding, acetate covers up to eleven by seventeen inches, and trimming or cutting.
