The City of Rochester Hills, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services for its municipal tax billing cycles. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of producing and distributing its seasonal tax documents and associated communications to residents. Mailing preparation requires tri-folding and inserting thirteen thousand five hundred summer non-escrow tax bills with three inserts, as well as tri-folding and inserting one thousand four hundred fifty summer automatic bill payment tax bills. Bidders must be located in the United States to meet the onshore eligibility requirement. The agency is requesting proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for this contract.
