Strategic Advisory, Facilitation, and Organizational Effectiveness Support Service

The issuing agency is seeking strategic advisory, facilitation, and organizational effectiveness support services for its executive vice president, vice presidents, directors, and divisional teams. The agency needs to strengthen alignment, support leadership and team development, improve communication and collaboration, and navigate evolving priorities, change, and organizational transition. The selected provider will deliver flexible and responsive support based on divisional priorities and emerging needs throughout the term of the engagement. The scope of work covers strategic advice on emerging priorities, planning, and implementation, alongside the facilitation of team and cross-divisional discussions. The requested services include supporting operational planning, roadmap development, priority alignment, and the development of strategic frameworks, action plans, and planning materials. The provider will also conduct organizational effectiveness reviews focusing on role clarity, governance, structure, team effectiveness, and ways of working, while facilitating discussions related to culture, trust, collaboration, and employee engagement. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore Canadian organizations. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite.
