Strategic Plan and Leadership Development Consulting Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide strategic plan and leadership development consulting services. The agency needs to identify ongoing organizational development opportunities and requires a partner with demonstrated enthusiasm for the project. The selected vendor must develop a thorough understanding of agency needs, priorities, key environmental factors, and existing or previous long-term plans. The scope of work requires the vendor to explain their processes for executive coaching, leadership training, team development, and organizational assessment as they relate to this project. The vendor must collaborate with the Commissioner and the leadership team to create action plans addressing barriers and challenges to implementation. Additionally, the vendor is responsible for providing frequent updates on the project timeline. Specific deliverables include leadership development services such as teaching or facilitating a leadership development program, individual coaching, and leadership advisement as designated by the Commissioner. The agency also requires strategic planning services to help the Commissioner develop, update, implement, and track the strategic plan. Finally, the vendor must provide organizational development and planning services, including organizational assessments and planning services designated by the Commissioner. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
