Strategic Planning Facilitation Services

The agency is seeking a professional consultant to facilitate the development of a new five-year Strategic Plan. This plan will guide the agency's policy priorities and budget allocations over the five-year period. To inform the plan, the selected vendor must facilitate at least one community or stakeholder engagement session to gather input from residents, businesses, and other community stakeholders. The scope of work requires the consultant to prepare a draft Strategic Plan for agency review and comment. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project.
