Photography and Yearbook Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography and yearbook production services across multiple campuses simultaneously. The selected vendor must deliver consistent, high-quality results while adapting to campus-specific requirements, timelines, and quality standards. The project covers student portraits, staff and faculty portraits, senior portraits, special session photography, and coverage of school events, extracurricular activities, and athletics. The scope of work also includes the design, layout support, printing, and delivery of finished yearbooks. The agency requires the vendor to maintain responsive communication with school administrators and yearbook advisors throughout each academic year. The contract period will run for one year, and the performance of the work will take place either onsite or offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference on June 18, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 19, 2027.
