Aerial Orthophotography Services

The government authority in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive aerial orthophotography services. The agency needs to capture true color digital aerial orthophotos of the entirety of the county, including a one-thousand-foot buffer surrounding the county boundary. This project will solve the agency's need for updated, highly accurate geographic imagery for mapping and planning purposes. The scope of work requires the aerial photography to be captured between November 15 and December 31, 2026. Bidders must provide immediate online access to the captured imagery no later than January 1, 2027, with final deliverables due by February 28, 2027. The project covers both onsite capture and offsite processing over a one-year contract period. The agency requires the original and delivered images to have a pixel resolution of no greater than a four-inch ground distance.
