Advanced Metals Recovery Processing System Equipment, Operations and Maintenance Service

The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide an Advanced Metals Recovery Processing System. The agency needs a contractor to supply the processing equipment, manage operations and maintenance, and handle the marketing and sale of recovered ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This system will allow the agency to maximize the recovery and value of metals from its waste stream. The scope of work covers the provision of the processing equipment and the ongoing operations and maintenance of the system. The contractor must perform all processing work offsite and manage the commercial marketing and sale of all recovered metals. The agency requires the selected partner to handle the entire lifecycle of the recovered materials from processing to final sale. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for this initiative.
