If the property has existing tenants, the attorney must review lease agreements and negotiate amendments. The agency requires the attorney to draft, negotiate, and review all transaction documents, including purchase agreements, escrow agreements, deeds, and financing documents. Bidders must be organizations based in the United States. The authority expects the work to be performed offsite and is requesting budget proposals from interested parties.
