The government authority located in Albany, New York is seeking a vendor to provide Protestant religious and spiritual services. The agency needs to address the spiritual and counseling needs of its patients and staff through structured religious programming and clinical integration. This initiative aims to integrate spiritual care into the broader rehabilitation and treatment framework of the facility. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to conduct Sunday worship services for approximately two hours. The provider must facilitate therapeutic group sessions, individual and group counseling, spiritual encounters, and biblical readings. Additionally, the vendor must plan spiritual events, provide trauma support services to clients and staff, and attend departmental, treatment team, and community meetings. Administrative responsibilities include documenting individual and group sessions, as well as producing weekly and monthly progress notes and attendance records. The contract period spans one year, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than July 7, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to take place on June 22, 2026.
