RFI for Formal Verification and Other Methods Service for SNAP Error Rate Reduction

The Georgia government authority is seeking information on formal verification and other methods to reduce the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) error rate. The agency needs operational models that have demonstrably reduced SNAP error rates in other states or jurisdictions and that can be practically applied within the existing eligibility environment. The requested scope of work involves implementing an error-reduction model in a production environment, which may include formal verification of eligibility logic, rules engine modernization, automated case review, quality control-targeted workflow redesign, or other demonstrated methodologies. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires evidence of a successful implementation in at least one other state or jurisdiction, including concrete proof of the outcome. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 22, 2026.
