General Professional Services

The government authority in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide general professional services to support its upcoming projects. The agency needs to establish project goals, define client review processes, and gather, analyze, and document all relevant project information. To address compliance and safety, the agency requires the identification of issues related to applicable laws and codes, investigations of existing conditions, and determinations regarding the need for Environmental Phase 1 and 2 Assessments and hazardous material testing. The scope of work covers site investigations, the determination of existing easements, and the establishment of Right-of-Way and Maintenance of Traffic requirements. The selected vendor must coordinate geotechnical investigations, develop preliminary conceptual and schematic sketches, and conduct community and Area Commission meetings and public outreach. Additional responsibilities include creating master and operational plans if required, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and investigating existing facilities. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite at the vendor's own office location.
