RFI for Partnership Service

The government authority in Tacoma, Washington is seeking partnership services to expand access to high-quality out-of-school-time opportunities. The agency wants to identify organizations interested in partnering to strengthen the network of youth-serving opportunities, specifically for programs like Beyond the Bell, Club B, youth sports, enrichment, and afterschool programming. The goal is to solve the problem of student engagement and safety by creating a stronger, more sustainable out-of-school-time ecosystem that keeps students safe, active, engaged, and connected beyond the school day. The requested scope of work covers programs that foster student engagement, belonging, creativity, skill development, leadership, wellness, and exploration of new interests. The agency is also seeking sports partners to provide engaging athletic opportunities immediately after school, and when appropriate, on evenings and weekends. These athletic programs must promote teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, school pride, and student belonging. Eligible partners must be onshore organizations based only in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Regarding budget signals, the agency is looking for proposals to determine costs.
