Inside Safe Hotel and Motel Interim Housing Services

The City of Los Angeles is seeking one or more hotels or motels to provide interim housing services for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness under the Inside Safe initiative and other city programs. The agency requires facilities that can accommodate encampment populations and allow independent homeless service providers to deliver wrap-around services on-site. The selected contractor must possess proof of ownership or a current valid leasehold interest demonstrating control of the facility. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide rooms to program participants and manage administrative reporting. The contractor must collect, process, and submit accurate invoices, occupancy and vacancy reports, and damage reimbursement requests. Additionally, the contractor must provide replacement guest-room keys at its own sole cost and expense. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations capable of performing the work onsite at the designated facility. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract will span a three-year period.
