Community Development Block Grant Service

The City of Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking a vendor to provide Community Development Block Grant services to help develop viable urban communities. The agency is trying to solve the problem of limited decent housing, unsuitable living environments, and insufficient economic opportunities, principally for persons of low and moderate income. The scope of work covers housing activities, real property services, public facilities and public improvements, public service activities, and other types of assistance. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 19, 2026.
