Mini Tactical Robot Service

The Town of Salem, New Hampshire, is seeking the supply, delivery, training, warranty, and ongoing technical support of one mini tactical robot system. The agency intends to use this system for tactical operations, surveillance, reconnaissance, hazardous environment response, and other public safety applications. The goal is to provide law enforcement and emergency response personnel with a rugged, portable robotic system capable of operating in a variety of environments. The scope of work requires the delivery of a complete robotic system, along with comprehensive training, warranty coverage, and ongoing technical support. The agency is evaluating proposals based on system dimensions and weight, camera specifications, communications range, battery life, environmental capabilities, mobility performance, included accessories, and software requirements. Preference may be given to systems that demonstrate proven reliability, ease of deployment, advanced camera and sensor capabilities, and compatibility with modern tactical operations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the support and training work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders to determine the financial scope of the project.
