Emergency Shelter Hotel and Motel Program Service

The agency is trying to address the underlying causes of homelessness and support independence for vulnerable adults and families experiencing unsheltered homelessness. This program aims to offer non-congregate shelter services, respite from unsheltered living conditions, and supportive services to help clients stabilize and transition to permanent housing. The scope of work covers programmatic services across multiple levels, including emergency shelter, transitional housing, rapid re-housing, permanent supportive housing, and supportive services. The selected vendor must operate safe, secure, and sanitary program units that meet local health and safety codes and provide an appropriate standard of living. Additionally, the agency requires the provision of case management, resources, referrals, and some financial assistance to help clients exit shelter services and secure permanent housing. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work can be conducted either onsite or offsite.
