UK - Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Science and Health Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Service

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Science (EDIS) coalition is seeking a partner to provide monitoring, evaluation, and learning services. The agency needs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the initiative over time while embedding continuous learning into programme development and decision-making. This partnership will help shape the ongoing development of the initiative and support the agency in evidencing impact to members, stakeholders, and funders. The scope of work covers evaluating the delivery, evolution, and impact of three specific workstreams. The selected partner will also inform the consultation process that will shape a new member offer, while supporting the design, uptake, and effectiveness of that offer. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United Kingdom are eligible to bid for this opportunity. Bidders must submit all clarification questions no later than June 15, 2026. Proposals must be submitted digitally, either via email or through the designated online platform. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not signaled a specific funding limit.
