RFI for Formal Verification and Other Methods Service for SNAP Error Rate Reduction

The Georgia government authority is seeking information on formal verification and other methods to reduce its Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) error rate. The agency needs operational models that have demonstrably reduced SNAP error rates in other states or jurisdictions and that can be practically applied within the existing eligibility environment. To solve this problem, the agency is looking for methodologies such as formal verification of eligibility logic, rules engine modernization, automated case review, quality control-targeted workflow redesign, or other demonstrated methodologies. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Eligible respondents must have implemented their error-reduction model in a production environment in at least one other state or jurisdiction and must provide concrete evidence of the outcome. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
