Temporary Traffic Control Flagging Services

The Jefferson County road department in Madras, Oregon, is seeking temporary traffic control flagging services to assist agency road crews during peak operations. The agency needs these services to support crews performing chip sealing, crack sealing, culvert work, emergency response, and general roadway maintenance. The selected provider must ensure all flaggers are dressed in a neat and presentable manner. For personal safety at the various job sites, flaggers must wear hard hats and steel-toed safety footwear. The contracted provider must supply all flaggers with two-way radios to facilitate communication. All flagging work must be performed onsite at the designated agency locations.
