Immigration Attorneys Services

The City of Philadelphia is seeking qualified, data-driven, and experienced immigration attorneys to support the municipal immigrant family unity project. The agency is trying to solve the problem of residents facing detention and deportation without legal representation. Funding is dedicated to representing individuals who resided, worked, or attended school in the jurisdiction prior to detention, or those who intend to reunite with family members meeting these criteria upon release. The scope of work requires providing high-quality, professional legal representation consistent with best legal practices. The selected vendor must offer technical assistance to other legal service providers in the project, including peer-to-peer support and sharing best practices in fiscal and contract management for a regional collaborative. Additionally, the project covers supporting the expansion of public funding, assisting with strategic communications via the fairness to freedom campaign, and collaborating on program performance and outcome monitoring for evaluation purposes. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2026.
