The selected provider will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor, client, partnership, and lease agreements, as well as commercial transactions. The agency requires the provider to advise on federal, state, and local compliance, licensing, permitting, and employment law compliance, which includes drafting employee handbooks and advising on labor law issues and worker classifications. Additionally, the work encompasses trademark and copyright guidance, intellectual property protection strategies, filing assistance, one-on-one legal consultations, tailored legal education, and support for loan closings. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to apply for this opportunity. The agency expects the selected provider to perform all services offsite. The authority is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services, and bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
