The selected provider must conduct direct outreach, confidential sourcing, structured screening interviews, and candidate evaluations using a standardized assessment framework aligned with the position profile. Additionally, the agency requires preliminary due diligence, credentials reviews, shortlist facilitation, interview planning support, comparative candidate analyses, final reference and background checks with candidate consent, onboarding advisory, and a final search summary with lessons learned.
