Marketing Agency of Record Services

The government authority located in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a marketing agency of record to provide ongoing and strategic marketing support services. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite at their own office location. The scope of work covers social media support, marketing collateral design, program management, event media coverage, annual report creation, and website alignment. Social media support involves creating high-quality reels and graphics on an as-needed basis to assist the public relations and marketing team. Collateral design includes producing brochures, flyers, and tourism promotional items. Programmatic management requires handling two Restaurant Weeks, occurring in summer and winter, and two Small Business Month initiatives. For these programs, the agency is responsible for overall strategy, outreach, content creation, advertising, photography, video production, influencer engagement, and website management. The agency must also provide photography and videography for up to two events per month and design the authority's annual report. Website support involves managing existing sites and pages while recommending strategic efficiencies for brand alignment.
