Naming Rights Service

The government authority located in the city is seeking a business or public or private organization to secure naming rights for Tiger Field stadium. The agency intends to use the revenue generated from these corporate sponsorships to support student athletic programs, advance its educational mission, and fund capital project improvements for Tiger Field and potentially other athletic venues. The agency reserves the right to utilize the generated funds as deemed necessary and in its own sequence of priority. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to provide comprehensive naming rights services for the stadium. Performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. The agency reserves the right to conduct discussions or negotiations with any, all, or none of the responding firms. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the agreement. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 23, 2026, and may submit their final responses digitally via email or online.
