The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of managing campus-wide mail distribution and university print operations through an efficient, outsourced model. The selected partner will manage mail operations by providing sufficient staff to handle in-house mail delivery and pick-up, student mail distribution, monthly reporting, and meter equipment maintenance. The scope of work allows for the optional installation of multiple locker banks across campus to support a twenty-four-hour package pickup operation with direct courier drop-off points. For the print operations, the agency requires managed print services structured as an auxiliary revenue-generating unit focusing on internal university operations. This includes high-volume printing, finishing, bindery, print preparation, and packaging or shrink-wrapping each job for ease of handling. The agency requires specific turnaround times for university publications, including three to five days for small jobs, five to ten days for medium jobs, and approximately ten days for large jobs. Bidders must deliver draft proofs for review as appropriate before final printing. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and the contract period will span one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore contractors located within the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
