Printing and Mailing Services

The City of Rochester Hills, Michigan, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive printing and mailing services for its municipal tax billing cycles. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of producing and distributing its seasonal tax documents and associated inserts to residents. The contract period for these services will span one year. The scope of work requires printing fifteen thousand two-sided summer tax bills and fifteen thousand two-sided winter tax bills, alongside four thousand white paper statement forms. Envelope requirements include thirty thousand single-sided window mailer envelopes in Pantone PMS 448 brown, four thousand single-sided window mailer envelopes in the same brown shade, and thirty-four thousand single-sided black return window stock envelopes. Mailing preparation involves tri-folding and inserting thirteen thousand five hundred summer non-escrow tax bills with three inserts, as well as tri-folding and inserting one thousand four hundred fifty summer automatic bill payment tax bills. Eligible bidders must be located within the United States, as the agency restricts participation to onshore vendors. Performance of the work must take place onsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal pricing to establish the budget.
