Document Scanning Services

The Village is seeking a vendor to provide document scanning services to catalog, tag, and digitize its paper documents. The project requires the selected vendor to pick up, unbox, scan, index, tag, and return documents according to the Village's specifications and future instructions. Additionally, the vendor must design, configure, and resell a cloud-based Software as a Service electronic document management platform for the exclusive purpose of hosting and managing these documents, as well as handle document destruction. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of all contracted work must take place offsite. The Village has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. The Village will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 19, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026.
