Emergency Interpreter Services

The agency is seeking emergency interpreter services to support communication needs during emergency events. The agency requires a vendor to provide in-person Spanish language interpreters at evacuation pick-up points, shelters, and community distribution sites during daytime hours within twenty-four hours of activation. Additionally, the agency requires a multi-language phone line operating twenty-four hours per day within twelve hours of activation, as well as remote written translation services during daytime hours within twenty-four hours of activation. The project covers a contract period of two years, with performance of the work occurring offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 1, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
