Tourism Photography and Videography Services

The county tourism agency is seeking professional visual storytellers to provide comprehensive photography, videography, and video production services. The agency needs to capture high-quality visual content that inspires travel to the county and reinforces its reputation as a premier tourism destination. The captured content will support various marketing efforts, including the website, social media channels, print and digital advertising, and press assets. The scope of work covers capturing candid moments of leisure, outdoor activities, business travel, venues, and special events. The selected provider must produce still images, video footage, teaser videos, behind-the-scenes content, mini episodes, and potential commercials or web-series. Deliverables must include high-resolution content delivered within fourteen days of a shoot, with occasional expedited five-day turnarounds. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
