Audio Visual Services

The City of Clermont, Florida, requires comprehensive audio visual services to support various municipal events, meetings, conferences, ceremonies, theatrical performances, concerts, and community functions. The agency is seeking a qualified partner to resolve the technical complexities of event production through professional setup, operation, troubleshooting, and teardown. The scope of work covers audio system management, lighting programming and focus, video switching and projection, followspot operation, and general stagehand labor. The selected provider must coordinate closely with city staff and familiarize themselves with local venues, equipment, policies, and operating procedures. Support services may be required during regular business hours, after hours, weekends, holidays, or other times based on specific event needs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the contract will occur offsite, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
