Redirecting Surplus Food Service

The City of Trenton, New Jersey, is seeking a qualified organization to establish and operate a food recovery information, engagement, and capacity building program. The agency is attempting to reduce food insecurity among low- and moderate-income households and disproportionately impacted communities within its jurisdiction. To solve this problem, the selected organization must deploy a multi-channel outreach strategy to increase participation in food recovery initiatives and expand public awareness of available local food recovery resources.
