Early Intervention Program Service

The Mariposa County government authority is seeking a vendor to provide community-based, family-centered early intervention services. The agency is trying to prevent mental illnesses and substance use disorders from becoming severe and disabling while reducing disparities in behavioral health. The scope of work covers outreach, engagement, education, and training to recognize and respond to early signs of potentially severe mental health and substance use disorders. The project requires specific outreach strategies targeting older adults who are isolated and lonely, caregivers, victims of elder abuse, and individuals who live alone. The selected vendor must also implement youth outreach and engagement, early treatment services and supports for mental health and substance use disorders, and a childhood trauma early intervention program. All services must adhere to evidence-based practice implementation requirements. The agency requires the performance of all work to be completed offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The contract period will run for a duration of one year.
