These services may be requested individually, as standalone tasks, or as part of a larger, comprehensive campaign. The scope of work also covers technical services and research-based services. Technical requirements include media production tasks such as copywriting, design, print production, photography, logos, video, and radio slots. Additionally, the agency requires web-based applications, which may include website design and maintenance, alongside the creation and maintenance of social networking accounts on various platforms. The agency is also requesting media buying services from a vendor capable of executing media planning, rate and opportunity negotiation, purchasing and placement transactions, verification, reconciliation, and outcome measurements. These media buying activities must be conducted in partnership with designated project liaisons. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has set a contract period of one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite.
