Child Specific Recruitment Services

The Arizona Department of Child Safety in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide child-specific recruitment services. The agency is trying to increase the number of finalized guardianships and adoptions for children in out-of-home care. The project also aims to increase parent restoration and relational permanency for these children. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to review and analyze case information to identify lost connections. The vendor must engage in direct contact with relatives, friends, former caregivers, teachers, coaches, mentors, behavioral health providers, and other significant adults found in the child's records. Additionally, the agency requires the vendor to interview individuals to learn about the well-being needs of the child and to contact caregivers of the child's siblings. The agency expects the vendor to share recruitment information with foster licensing contractors, adoption placing agencies, and online forums according to the child's preference. The vendor must also provide support to caregivers when issues are identified to prevent placement disruption. The performance of this contract will take place offsite.
