The Housing Authority of the City of North Charleston, South Carolina, is seeking human resources consultant services to strengthen its management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The project covers the evaluation and improvement of performance review systems, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback processes, alongside training managers on coaching and evaluation. Bidders must be United States-based organizations to meet the eligibility rules for this contract. The agency allows the performance of the work to take place either onsite in North Charleston or offsite. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
