RFI for Airside Ramp Snow Removal Services

The Alaska-based government authority is seeking information to secure airside ramp snow removal services. The authority requires the selected vendor to provide all equipment, operators, supervision, fuel, maintenance, and necessary resources to perform snow removal operations on designated airside ramp areas. This initiative aims to maintain safe and operational airfield conditions during winter weather events. The scope of work covers snow plowing and snow relocation within designated ramp areas, as well as supporting airport snow removal operations during winter weather events. The selected contractor must mobilize upon request by airport personnel and coordinate closely with Airport Operations and Airfield Maintenance personnel. All operations must comply fully with airport safety, security, and operational requirements. The authority limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. While the physical work will occur offsite at the Alaska airport location, bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal.
