Developer Partner Services

The Housing Authority of the County of Chester in Pennsylvania is seeking a developer partner to lead a comprehensive real estate development project. The agency requires a partner to prepare all funding applications, design a master plan encompassing site design and infrastructure engineering, and supervise architectural renderings and construction. Additionally, the selected partner must conduct a market and return on investment analysis to determine the optimal unit mix and local economic impact. The scope of work also includes preparing mixed finance plans, securing advantageous investor and equity partners, and obtaining all necessary permits and approvals. The partner will be responsible for developing the rental-designated units and establishing a cohesive vision for the projects.
