Pest Control Services

The Sarasota Housing Authority in Sarasota, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive pest control services. The agency needs to solve pest issues across its properties through a monthly inspection and treatment of each interior unit. The scope of work requires the implementation of an Integrated Pest Management System. The agency anticipates that the selected vendor will first utilize bait and trap methods, including gel baits, bait stations, broad spectrum residuals, and flushing agents. Spraying must only be utilized if these bait and trap methods prove ineffective in eradicating the pests. The performance of this work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. A pre-bid meeting will take place on June 23, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than July 7, 2026.
