Water and Sewer Rate Study and Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan Services

The City of Geneva, Illinois, is seeking a vendor to provide water and sewer rate study and integrated infrastructure master plan services. This integrated infrastructure master plan will serve as the primary planning document to combine recommendations from the water and sewer rate study, pavement management plan, lifecycle analyses, and associated capital improvement planning efforts. The selected vendor must evaluate current and existing plans and studies to determine their viability, review historical financial statements, budgets, audits, rate ordinances, and assess affordability considerations. Additionally, the project involves developing multi-year financial projections and reviewing compliance with bond covenants and other financial constraints for the water and sewer fund. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency permits the performance of the work to be completed offsite.
