The City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional real estate appraisal services. All adjustments made when relating comparable transactions to the subject property must be fully discussed and presented in an adjustment table. The appraiser must contact each applicant or lessee to offer them an opportunity to discuss the appraisal and accompany the appraiser during the physical property inspection. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
