The City of Santa Clara, California, is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the vertical expansion of its existing Police Headquarters building. This study will help the agency understand original design parameters, evaluate rooftop feasibility for a Drone as a First Responder program, and establish secure, redundant communications infrastructure. Additionally, the project includes delivering a risk assessment and feasibility summary that identifies key constraints, opportunities, and a recommended path forward in compliance with all applicable construction and environmental regulations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. The contract period will span one year.
